During this one-hour webinar, presenters Katherine Fitzpatrick of The Medicare Rights Center and Margaret Weisser of MSAA provide an understandable explanation of the new rules of Medicare under the ACA. Topics covered include an overview of common insurance terms (co-pay, co-insurance, etc.), an understanding of the broad changes to Medicare (Donut Hole closure, preventative coverage, etc.) and an explanation of Medicare Advantage Plans, Medigap & Part D Planning. The program concludes with a lively Q & A session and a listing of helpful resources on Medicare.
